Announcement for PROBATION Students

Students who wish to take the ME117 course this semester, whose last names fall within the KB–ZZ range, who are currently on PROBATION status, and who could not add ME117 to their schedules due to their previous grade, may apply for the course by completing the form below.

To be eligible to apply, all of the following conditions must be met. Applications that do not fully meet these requirements will be rejected under any circumstances:

• Last name must be within the KB–ZZ range,

• Student must be on PROBATION status,

• Previous ME117 grade must be DD or higher.

Note: Students whose previous ME117 grade is FD/FF/NA do not need to fill out this form. These students can already add the course directly through the registration system. It is sufficient for them to add the course and obtain approval from their advisors.

• Announcement of results: 19.02.2026

After the application deadline, all forms will be evaluated. Based on the course capacity and available facilities, a ranking among applicants will be made. As a result of this evaluation, only a limited number of students will be permitted to register for the course.
